David Merrifield

David Merrifield is an Irish Modernist artist known for his abstract expressionist style. Born in 1976, he graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology Art College in 1998 with an advanced diploma in fine art with honours.

His work often explores themes of abstraction, movement and colour. It features vibrant, bold colours that add energy and dynamism to his pieces. He combines geometric shapes with organic, expressive forms, creating a sense of tension and balance.
